We’re kicking off this series of super cool designs to get the creative juices flowing with designs from some of our very own Art & Mocks team! So grab that cup of joe and check out today’s inspiration Tampa Bay Buccaneers Boo Caneers For Life Tampa Till The Grave T-Shirt .“I’ve always been impressed by the illustrations of Ed Roth, so I wanted to do something in the same vein and a little out of my style for a friend of mine. I always start with pen and paper and bring it to digital for the coloring.”Don’t worry, you’re not the first person to ask. This is an incredibly common question in the screen printing world. At Threadbird, the short answer is “no”. We have a minimum of 24 pieces on every order of up to 2 colors.Great question. It all comes down to time. Screen Printing is a mechanical process that involves machines, manual labor and time. It takes the same amount of time to setup a job with 1 shirt as it does a job with 100 shirts. When the costs involved are averaged over 100 shirts, the order is affordable for the customer. But, when the same costs are averaged over 1 or 2 shirts, the order is no longer affordable.

I have a few of these shirts. The Vintage Cali Post card in navy, Vintage Cali Championship in navy, Americana Collection Black/White Flag/Black, the Humor Graphic All Man/Black & the Rugged Outdoor Collection Route/Black. These are all labeled on the listings as modern fit & they are. Fit is subjective so I’ll try… I’m slightly between Large & XL but closer to large with an athletic shape, but not bulky. In my experience with Hanes 100% cotton I purchased the XL because they shrink. These all fit like a large after washing in cold & drying on low. Modern fit so not baggy but not too slim of a fit. Somewhere in-between, living in the comfort zone but the shirt fits like I care type fit. Being modern fit, the sleeves don’t protrude off your arm & the chest/waist areas don’t fit like shapeless blocks making you look like you are wearing a direction arrow. It’s also not so close fitting that your buddy is going to ask why you are wearing your sons shirt. These are good shirts that last a good while & are generally very inexpensive. Hanes cotton shirts always, eventually, lose their shape after a while & sort of stretch out but they do last a long time making these a great value. If you really like a print you should buy a couple & save one for later because they do discontinue often. I hope this helped you in your venture to find a decent cost effective shirt.
